Where do I even begin … I was referred to Lauterbach Law Firm by our realtor when we realized we need to do a short sale. It was a tough time and I was lost and also living out of NY state. From my initial call with Spencer, I was immediately put at ease. He was determined to help us, honest about the process and always discussed that he wanted what was best for us.
