jennifer fredeman

Jennifer is an of counsel attorney to the firm. Her primary functions at the firm include assisting clients whose homes are in foreclosure, representing clients in court, and representing clients at real estate closings. She drafts appellate briefs and researches statutes and case law relating to mortgage foreclosure. In addition to those responsibilities, Jennifer assists clients in preparing their Last Wills and Testaments.
Jennifer has over ten years of experience in the legal field. Jennifer started her legal career working for the firm as a Paralegal in November 2007. She remained at the firm in her role as a Paralegal until she left her position as a Paralegal in November 2009 to work for a law firm in Westchester County. She worked at the firm in Westchester County as a Law Clerk and assisted four attorneys with their caseloads in areas such as civil litigation, real estate transactions, estate planning and administration as well as appellate practice. After passing the bar, the firm hired her as an Attorney and she focused primarily on real estate transactions and estate planning and administration. After working at that firm for four years, she obtained a position focusing solely on estate planning, estate administration and will drafting. After obtaining her experience in the firms in Westchester County, Jennifer returned to our firm to assist clients who are facing mortgage foreclosure. She has a genuine desire to help individuals who find themselves in difficult situations.
